Good service until latest update killed it completely

I like the Marvel Unlimited service. It is great value for money until the latest update to the app completely broke it. It now crashes constantly on my ipad air with iOS 8 which is my only comics reading device. It doesnt just crash every once in a while forcing me to restart the app, it literally crashes the moment I start the app, so I cant even read a single comic on the thing any more. I tried re-installing it and it worked for a while and then started the crash loop again. Im simply not going to go to the trouble of re-installing this software every couple of issues.

I have been in contact with their technical support by email and I described the bugs in detail. The reply was a totally formulaic set of trouble shooting tips that were clearly irrelevant to the problems I was actually reporting. I wrote a follow up explaining this to them and they simply replied again saying they were sorry and to keep trying the trouble shooting tips (which really had nothing to do with the bugs I was reporting). It makes me think that they have a bunch of idiots working their technical support line.

So now Im stuck having paid for a year worth of this service, which I am unable to use at all due to a terrible software update. I am more than a little annoyed.
