Such a letdown

When signing in it tells me I need to change my password before signing in. Ive changed my password about a dozen times to no avail. At this point all I want to do is cancel my subscription, but I have to be able to sign in to do that. Ive tried contacting marvel support, but it doesnt do any good because theyre so backlogged with complaints. I wanted so badly for this service to work. The selection is incredible and worth every penny of the price, but its just one problem after another with this service and I really cant justify spending money on this service anymore. I havent had access to my account in over a week and I cant seem to get any help. It just isnt worth it.
