Super buggy

Cant download comics for offline reading. I get an error message when trying to read online. Im able to add comics to my library, I just cant read them.

Tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Didnt fix the problem and customer service was no help. Their troubleshooting was to redo what I had already tried.
