If it worked itd be a 5 star app...buuuuut

This is hands down the best and single most frustrating app ever. When it works its amazing. I can catch up on titles forever. Story lines that I missed out on are all there waiting...and waiting...and waiting...because the app opens like half the time at best. Now there have been two updates and the thing wont even open on my iPad anymore. Come on guys. We pay for this thing on a monthly basis the least you could do is make it work more than one week out of the month. Pretty sure if my customers only got what they were paying for one week out of a month I could assume customer attrition would start to get pretty bad and Id end up needing a new job. Figure it out please.
