Fair service, poor app

I subscribed to the yearly service and, from a cloud based service like this, you would expect reliability and to be always available at its best. Unfortunately its not always like this and the app sometimes erase your Library without any reason or fail to download comic books. The start is good but there is still a lot of work to do.
