This latest update does appear to have resolved my primary issue: getting signed out of the app when not on the internet. I was forced to let the app use cellular data, and even then, hitting a dead spot could be problematic. Fired up this latest version, turned on airplane mode to simulate a total lack of internet access... Success! I was still signed in and able to read my Offline Reading titles. Now lets see if I still get the occasional glitch where my library shows 0 titles...

To pay $100 a year to use it seems like a steal. Im on my second year and am finally fed up enough to write a review. The available comics are great. Using them...not so great. Never loads, crashes frequently, when it does load it takes forever and scrolling through series can be very frustrating. Needs A LOT of work to be worth the money.

Just paid for a year subscription and the search in browse is broken... If this isnt fixed immediately Im definitely not going to use this product anymore and will pursue a refund. Update: barely loads. All the negative reviews and still no proper fix. Using latest models.

The MU app has always been buggy, but its been getting worse. The new problem is that if you leave it in the background for too long the session times out which locks your account requiring a password reset. The recommended solution from customer support is to force kill the app every time you stop using it. This is an insane problem with an insane solution. The developers really need to get it together.

This is hands down the best and single most frustrating app ever. When it works its amazing. I can catch up on titles forever. Story lines that I missed out on are all there waiting...and waiting...and waiting...because the app opens like half the time at best. Now there have been two updates and the thing wont even open on my iPad anymore. Come on guys. We pay for this thing on a monthly basis the least you could do is make it work more than one week out of the month. Pretty sure if my customers only got what they were paying for one week out of a month I could assume customer attrition would start to get pretty bad and Id end up needing a new job. Figure it out please.

Paid for a month and the app doesnt even work.

The app used to be awesome, but I cant even get a comic to load anymore. I cant get one to download for offline reading either. Im about to call for a refund at this point

Struggles to load app initially, struggles to load comics, crashes. Service itself amazing if you can get it to work. Which is never.

Id say it loads about once every 5 times I try to open it. Otherwise it just sits there spinning and I have to close out, open it again and hope. Design, layout, organization, everything is great. Easy to navigate and us but it just never loads. I use it on three different devices and its the same for all of them.

Crashes constantly and just sits there loading forever

I knew it was too good to be true...app crashes constantly. My password was randomly reset and I cant log in...

I havent experienced any of the bugs other people have. But it doesnt download comics, they just sit there in que. also the comics sometimes only load 3 pages. Good app guys, but lots of bugs.

Does not load comics at all buyer beware! This is shoddy service at best.

The app says my password username combination doesnt match while it maches on pc. This is ridiculous. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a multi billion dollar company. They need to get sued for stealing peoples money

Hard to bookmark a series. Also hard to follow a specific character or event when it jumps from one series to another. But I still love that I have so many comic books at my fingertips.

Takes forever to load comics if it loads at all. Or it will load all of it except for one page. I tried it on and off of wi-fi. Doesnt work on either. I would give it 0 stars if it would let me.

Ive had this app for nearly a year now. I used it pretty heavily when I first got it then kinda got bored from reading so many comics at once. I only had issues using it back then on my tablet where it would force me out of the app randomly. I started using it again about a month ago exclusively on my iPhone 6s and have had no problems whatsoever. It loads fine from what Ive been able to tell. I read issues 1-62 of Black Panther from the Marvel Knights era in one setting and no problems. I noticed a lot of negative reviews and Im wondering if maybe they have bad internet/wifi connection or if the issues are device exclusive. Like I said none for me and I bounce between wifi and data usage often. Maybe something to look into.

The app is quirky at best but the service itself is absolutely amazing. If you find that the app starts acting up, I find it best to delete and reinstall. Itll fix most of the weird issues.

not sure about all the bad reviews, this app works perfect for me, never logs me out and never crashes, doesnt take long to load either

New version does nothing but boot for 2 seconds then crash, please fix!
